Bathroom Renovation

We could not be more satisfied with the work that Mr Mendez Construction did for us. They did a whole new refresh to the outside of our 48 year old house (replaced rotted wood, painted the house, repaired sanded and painted metal gates, a new roof, painted the backyard deck). Jose and Aresely were a joy to work with. Their work crews were awesome! The workers showed up everyday promptly at 8am and worked a full day. And they worked hard! Jose stayed on top of the job and made sure everything ran smoothly. We loved that they all took pride in a job well done. It’s an easy 5 stars for Mr Mendez! We will definitely use them again!!

Shoutout to Mendez Construction for doing an amazing job on our remodel! They took our vision and brought it to life seamlessly, and the craftsmanship is top-tier. Super easy to work with, super professional, and overall a 10/10 experience.

I was impressed by the remarkable level of foresight reflected throughout the entire experience. Every detail appeared intentionally placed, creating a journey that felt smooth, engaging, and genuinely worthwhile. The final outcome was exceptional and left me thoroughly delighted.

Jose and his team did a great job repairing our irrigation system after it was damaged. The main feed for the irrigation line was damaged, along with multiple sections of the irrigation lines themselves. Jose located and repaired each damaged section instead of exposing and replacing the entire section, which lowered our cost. He also reconnected the system back to the main water line, checked for leaks, and made sure the sprinkler system was functioning properly before finishing. Jose and his team were professional, on time, and kept us updated throughout the process. They gave honest recommendations after exposing the pipes, offered fair pricing, and helped us get out of a stressful situation. We really appreciate the quality work and absolutely recommend Mr. Mendez’s Construction!

They remodeled my grandma in law’s bathroom. The detail he put in his work shows. He kept in mind that 2 elderly women live there to make things accessible for them. At the end the whole family was happy and appreciative. I’m honestly glad they reached out quickly because the bathroom was an issue for her house. Super satisfied!! They also replaced the flooring in her kitchen and it looks beautiful! I would recommend this company to everyone. Arasely is friendly and professional as well :)

Professional en su trabajo y excelente ser humano… 💯 % recomendado 😉

I had an amazing experience! The team was professional, efficient, and truly paid attention to every detail. Everything was completed smoothly and on time. I’m extremely satisfied, and if anyone is looking to get work done, I would definitely recommend choosing them for their quality and reliability.

I highly recommend Mr. Mendez's Construction for anyone seeking a reliable and skilled General Contractor. Their team is professional, punctual, and consistently goes above and beyond by offering valuable insights and thoughtful recommendations throughout the project. I had an in-depth conversation with Jose, and his extensive knowledge, clear communication, and exceptional customer service truly stood out. I will confidently refer him to anyone in my network looking for quality craftsmanship and trustworthy service.

Jose and his team is great to work with. I have used him several times now with different projects. He rebuilt my garage when a tree fell over and destroyed it. I had him redo the sidings all around my house and now it looks like a brand new house. He does good work at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

From the start Mr. Mendez's construction was so easy to work with, their website was awesome. They were so kind and really heard me about my project.

Mr. Mendez patched up our Sheetrock after some water damage and did an excellent job! Matching texture is very tough and many companies have been unsuccessful before him! You can not tell a difference! We can’t wait for him to do our next project.

Mendez construction replaced my fence, and the experience was by far the best I've had. They were very professional and understanding of our needs. We highly recommend Meendez Construction. The Petersons

During the last hurricane, my house sustained some roof damage which also caused water to leak in. In the following weeks, I had contacted a few contractors, getting a few estimates that were absolutely outrageous, Mr.Mendez was the last contractor I called, and I'm happy I did. After a 10 minute phone call, I had Mr.Mendez scheduled to come out in a reasonable time frame and give me an estimate. He and wife came out, looked at my roof, determined I didn't need a new roof, checked out the interior damage, and also gave me an estimate for some new gutters in the back. A week later, they came back out, fixed my roof and installed the new gutters, finished it all in a single day. If you need any work done, I can not stress enough how great it was to have Mr.Mendez work on our house. He is and his team are efficient on working and very reasonable on the pricing. There is no worries about miscommunication, his wife is very much on the ball about keeping up with updates, time tables, and ensuring that every concern was answered and communicated with Mr.Mendez and his team. Would I hire them again to work on my house? Absolutely, as soon as my insurances can figure out their shenanigans on paying me, I will have them out again to repair the interior of my house.

I’ve worked with Jose and his company on several projects….some really big (roofing and an add on to my garage) and some smaller like a gazebo and patio in my yard and have always liked his work and work ethic! His attention to detail is amazing.

Thorough. Prompt. Effective communication.
